Mahmood Reza

Mahmood Reza is the owner / manager of Pro Active Resolutions, a company he formed in February 1995. Over the last thirty five years Mahmood has accumulated an extensive and wide range of financial, tax and business knowledge, skills and experiences within the creative, commercial and voluntary sector.

Mahmood began his full time working life as a business & law lecturer in 1989. He then managed a successful transfer into industry where he worked for more than 5 years as a divisional accountant reporting to board level. This desire, still as strong now as the day Pro Active Resolutions was formed, stems from the fact Mahmood has been actively involved in the charitable & creative sectors for over 35 years, in both paid / professional and voluntary capacities. He is currently he is a volunteer director/trustee of four charitable and not for profit organisations and writes on financial & business matters for Arts Professional, the UK's leading Arts Management Magazine.
