If you are thinking of starting a career in finance and accounting and are currently aged 19+ and claiming Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) you could be eligible to join Pro Active Resolutions’ ACCA certified Level 2 Introductory Certificate in Financial Management and Accounting course.

We have a limited number of places available on our 4 month programme run at our Leicester training centre which is delivered through classroom based training, 2 days per week, with additional 'Get That Job!' workshops and recruitment events.

The next course is due to start on 15th August 2012.

What are the entry requirements ?
The certificate is suitable for anyone looking to do an introductory qualification in accounting and finance, it is equivalent to GCSE level and no previous academic qualifications are required to study for this qualification.

Will I get a qualification at the end?
YES!! The ACCA Level 2 Introductory Certificate in Financial Management and Accounting.

This qualification will enable you to work in a variety of accounting support roles including purchase ledger clerk, sales ledger clerk and accounts administration. ACCA is known as the global body for professional accountants and employers will recognise and respect your qualifications and know that you have the right skills needed to get the job done.

Will I get a job at the end?
We can never guarantee that we will get you a job however we will always guarantee that while you are studying with us we will support you to 'Get That Job!' with a series of additional workshops and recruitment events. We are also working with local specialist accountancy recruitment agencies and we have dates planned into your programme for you to meet with them and discuss your options.

Who is eligible for this programme?
The main criteria for eligibility is that you are aged 19+ and claiming Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA). If this applies to you then you should be eligible however we can only confirm this once we have all of your details.

Will I have to pay for anything?
NO!! All tuition costs, registration, exam fees and books will be paid for.

Can I go on and do other ACCA qualifications?
Yes!! We hope you will continue to study with us and progress to the next level. You can go on to complete the Intermediate Certificate in Financial and Management Accounting or the Diploma in Accounting and Business. It's up to you to decide how far you wish to progress and of course you could go all the way and become a professional accountant and a member of ACCA
