The business was formed in February 1995 to provide practical accounting, management and training support to businesses and individuals. Our aim is to be a “one stop shop” for business support and we are often the first point of contact for business queries for most of our clients.

Pro Active Resolutions is based in the City of Leicester in England, but we have a national reach, with clients in both the commercial and not for profit sectors ranging from our numerous sole traders to medium sized enterprises employing many people across the UK, and an international reach with our study aids programmes used by business students across the world.

We offer practical accounting and book keeping, management consultancy, training support and IT services, and if we can’t help we usually “know a man who can” through our extensive network of carefully chosen associates. We act as a business friend, providing all the services you don’t want to do yourself because of the cost involved, or because you lack the knowledge or time to do them effectively.

We are also committed to providing assistance to people at the start of their career and have developed a range of resources and study aids for people undertaking informal and formal learning in business and accountancy.
